EATON, Josephine Mitchell

Mrs. Josephine Eaton of RR 2, Kingman, age 63, died Monday morning, January 26, in Lakeview Medical Center at Danville, Illinois. She was born at Westville, Illinois, August 10, 1917, the daughter of Louis and Della Richie Mitchell. March 18, 1937, she married Herman E. Eaton, who survives. Mrs. Eaton attended Bethel Free Holiness Church and was an employee of the Morgan Canning Company in Cayuga for many years.
Also surviving are three daughters, Louise Eaton of Terre Haute, Mrs. Ruth Elaine Peer of West Lafayette and Mrs. Helen Lee Brissey of Crawfordsville; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at Malcolm DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga with Rev. Jesse Hawn officiating. Burial was in Niccum Cemetery near Westville, Illinois. – thanks to S&E
